Content Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced B2B content marketing expert to join our ambitious team! 

Workfellow analyzes knowledge work activities by identifying inefficiencies from systems, processes, tools, and work practices. It gives actionable recommendations on how to improve business operations and employee experience by removing unnecessary hurdles. We help our customers find how to optimize their work, processes, and systems, so their people don't need to do robot stuff.

We've been developing the product with our early customers and now we're ready to speed things up. We recently raised a funding round from industry-leading VCs Icebreaker and OpenOcean as well as ex-top management from one of the fastest-growing enterprise software companies, UiPath. This is a unique opportunity to join early and truly impact what Workfellow becomes in the future! You will be joining a growth category educating the market on how knowledge work should be improved for all. 

The Content Marketing Manager will be working with the Head of Marketing and the Sales team to plan, create and publish content across Workfellow’s digital channels. We are looking for an eager content writer to spearhead our content marketing and campaign management. The Content Marketing Manager should be a hands-on executer with a strategic eye and an effective storyteller. 

We have an office in Finland, but you can also join us remotely, like our CTO from France. You will be reporting directly to our Head of Marketing and working actively with the sales and product team. Regarding remote work, we still hope you will be somewhat close to our time zones (+/-2 hours) and in the EU. 

What will you do?

  • Plan, create and publish content across Workfellow‚Äôs digital channels¬†
  • Create and implement our digital marketing operations and content marketing strategy
  • Support our sales team in their operations by creating sales and marketing collateral¬†
  • Develop content for our website and marketing campaigns
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to build an effective, predictable B2B SaaS marketing growth engine¬†¬†
  • Become a thought leader in the work intelligence domain¬†

‚ÄćSkills

  • 1-5 years of proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role¬†
  • Familiarity with SEO¬†
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A natural storyteller able to bring ideas to life with a great brand and business acumen at a global level
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Interest and/or prior experience working with technology¬†¬†
  • Experience from enterprise segment products and fast-scaling startups would be a plus¬†
