Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a skilled product designer to join our ambitious team!

We help our customers find how to optimize their work, processes, and systems, so their people don't need to do robot stuff.

Our vision is real-time optimized enterprise work and business operations where the most valuable resource, people's time, is spent on the work that is the most meaningful.

Workfellow analyzes knowledge work activities by identifying inefficiencies from systems, processes, tools, and work practices. It gives actionable recommendations on how to improve business operations and employee experience by removing unnecessary hurdles.

Role

We've been developing the product with our early customers and now we're ready to speed things up. We recently raised a funding round from industry-leading VCs and ex-top management from one of the fastest-growing enterprise software companies.

The role is a mixture of product design and product management with a focus on mind-boggling UX. Workfellow is not the typical enterprise software, instead, we’re building a product with the consumerized look and feel that people love to use (⌐■_■). The Product designer would be working closely with our CPO and CTO to build the user experience and interface of our products.

Responsibilities

The overall responsibility of this position is to contribute to the creation of an excellent software experience with Workfellow. You should have a good ability to be proactive and a self-starter. As our new design colleague, you’ll be doing this by:

• Understanding the visible and invisible needs of customers to design products that users love to use
• Solving design problems to provide a seamless and intuitive product experience
• Challenging existing implementation and always helping us raise the bar of the product experience we deliver
• Building the UX: workflows, interaction, visuals and requirements together with our product and tech team
  

Skills

• Curiosity to learn and understanding how to win the hearts of customers
• Experience with data visualization
• Current and future user analysis
• Analytics/collaboration product design
• Strong skills in wireframing/prototyping/mockups/style guides/product definitions/naming/requirement documentation
• EU work permit
• Startup experience is a plus!
