About the authors - who are the people who write for Workfellow?

Workfellow is a leading process intelligence software company - but Workfellow is also a group of startup enthusiasts. Here are brief backgrounds on some of the most active content authors on Workfellow's website.

Kustaa Kivelä

Kustaa is the CEO and co-founder of Workfellow and a process intelligence software entrepreneur. His role is to lead Workfellow's commercial and product teams to meet the expectations of Workfellow's global enterprise customers. See Kustaa's LinkedIn profile.

Prior to founding Workfellow Kustaa was a Managing Consultant at Capgemini focusing on intelligent automation strategies and managed services. Kustaa is a pioneer of robotic process automation and process mining technologies with experiences from software development at OpusCapita and public sector digitalization at Kuntien Tiera.

Kustaa holds a Bachelor's Degree and Masters’ Degree in Economics from the Tampere University and has studied at Guangzhou University and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Fun fact: In his youth Kustaa was a competitive down hill skier.

Henri Wiik

Henri is the co-founder and Chief Product Officer (CPO) of Workfellow. Henri is responsible for the product direction and strategy of Workfellow's Process Intelligence platform. Henri has authored Workfellow's Statement of Direction and has deep knowledge in the field of process mining, task mining and intelligent automation. See Henri's LinkedIn profile.

Before Workfellow, Henri worked as a Managing Architect for Capgemini with a focus on intelligent automation, robotic process automation and machine learning. Henri has also held positions of Head of Research and Development (R&D) at Norian and Product Marketing Manager at OpusCapita.

Henri has a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Oulu and has also studied at the Technische Universität Wien and the Helsingin Tekninen Korkeakoulu / Aalto University.

Lari Numminen

Lari is the Chief Marketing Officer of Workfellow where he writes about process intelligence, intelligent automation and operational excellence. Lari has over 15 years experience in content marketing working for companies such as Google and Twitter. See Lari's LinkedIn profile.

Lari is also the host of the Wonderful Work podcast where he interviews enterprise leaders from companies such as Cognizant, Sogeti, Zalando, and Fujitsu. Prior to joining Workfellow in 2022, Lari worked as the CMO of Sievo where he was editor of three books about procurement software and contributed to articles cited in The Times, Helsingin Sanomat, CIO Dive and Supply Chain Digital.

Lari holds a Masters’ Degree in International Business from the University of Edinburgh and has studied at Goizueta Business School in Emory University.

Kazyna Turdibayeva

Kazyna is the Marketing Manager at Workfellow, where she builds and strengthens inbound marketing related strategies and content and is an active contributor to Workfellow's blog.

Kazyna holds a Master's Degree in Information and Service Management from Aalto University. Kazyna also has a Bachelor's Degree from Aalto University in International Business. The topics covered in her Master's degree were deeply related to Workfellow's field of expertise, including RPA, process mining, and the platformization of enterprise data. Josef (Joe) Konderla

Joe is a freelance copywriter and content marketer with his own company Kopyjoes. At Workfellow Joe held broad responsibility for content creation, including scripting Workfellow's brand video and as the editor and co-host of Workfellow's Wonderful Work podcast.

Prior to Workfellow, Joe has worked as a copywriter for Ink Tank media and in PR for Freud Communications, Citigate Dewe Rogerson, and Firefly Communications. See Joe's LinkedIn profile.

Joe has a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the London Metropolitan University and a Foundations degree in Psychology from Cardiff University.
